Daily Sex Effects For 30 days

Daily Sex Effects For 30 days - What will happen to couples who have sex every day for a whole month? A magazine in South Africa held a "30 day sex challenge" contest to find the answer.

A wife from the United States, Charla Muller spends her time like most mothers around the world, taking care of the child, cleaning the house, cooking, and a little bit noisy with her husband. All the housekeeping had not only exhausted her energy but also eroded her passion.

Towards the 40th anniversary of her husband's birthday, Charla intends to give a very special gift, something Charla can only provide: to have sex every day for a whole year. A year later he felt a very dramatic change in his marriage. He then shared his experience through the book 365 Nights: A Memoir of Intimacy.

Departure from Charla's experience, a magazine in South Africa, The Intimacy, intends to do the same, but the time is shorter, 30 days. Seven married couples more than a year ago were invited to join the contest.

The couples who participated in the Intimacy magazine contest mostly admitted they were very excited about having sex every day. But not a few absent sex in the second week for reasons of fatigue, stress, and feel sex is only a liability.

Conversely, couples who continue to follow this contest until the last day say feel closer emotionally with the couple. A husband confesses that he is less likely to be angry with his wife.

They also try to repel boredom by creating an exciting atmosphere to make love, and try different styles of sex every day. Even so, the majority of participants argue that more important is the quality, not the quantity in lovemaking.

What Charla does, also the Intimacy magazine aims to strengthen the opinion of regular sex has positive benefits and has different results for marriage. Some experts argue that regular sex can save the relationship of husband and wife began to dim.

One of the followers of Charla is Dough Brown, who had sex marathon for 101 days. Brown later documented his experiences in the book Just Do It: How One Couple Turned Off the TV and Turned on Their Sex Lives for 101 Days (No Excuses).

Like Charla, the Dough thinks daily sex can cause a loss of chemistry. "We learn more about couples," Dough wrote in his book.

Psychologist who is also a sex therapist, Andrea M.Macari revealed, the more often the sex is done, the greater the desire to repeat it. "Regular sex increases the desire and interest in the couple. We unknowingly build on the desire that never came before, "he said.
